SHIPPING POLICY

Every product here is carefully formulated and infused with only fresh citrus fruits, organic berries, raw herbs and oils: filled with antioxidant rich nutrients and ethically sourced skin-loving benefits that safely cater, even to the most sensitive acne-prone skin types.

Because each product made here is ensured with "A Commitment To Fresh", returns are not accepted, the product once purchased is yours to keep.

Even if the product isn't opened there is no need to ship the product back, it is yours to keep, discard or gift to someone at your own discretion. 

So, in the event that a product doesn't arrive to you fresh, arrives damaged or is delivered later than expected a promo code will be issued to you as a credit that will cover a full replacement of the original order as placed. 

You will then need to provide and or validate the original proof of purchase with a receipt and or transaction number from where the purchase was originally made & a picture of how the order arrived if it is damaged with order package untouched and or proof of non-delivery of order not received from the shipping provider. 

If you choose not to receive the promo code for a replacement order to be sent out and or provide a picture or visual proof of non-received or damaged order, you will have a period of only 14 days to claim your replacement order to which the replacement order will then become invalid and cannot be redeemed and cannot be applied to any future purchases either.

The idea that one skin type fits all isn't a myth that Citrus N Berri Natural Care Shop subscribes to, so if for any reason the product you receive causes any allergic reaction and or you develop a mild skin rash due to an ingredient being used that isn't accepted by your skin type, discontinue the use of the product and Reach Out To Email Support IMMEDIATELY to have a refund issued for the product used and do not make an attempt to purchase that product again (this is the only time refunds are issued). Certain berries, oils, herbs and even citrus fruits may be too strong or acidic for certain skin types and continued use after irritation becomes present can cause severe damage. 

All ingredients used are printed on each label and posted in the product description section on the website to provide the customer with proper knowledge of what each product contains. It is at the customer's discretion to know their skin allergies if any are present prior to making a purchase of any product made here. 

The customer assumes full responsibility for their purchase, but Citrus N Berri Natural Care Shop will provide whatever help is needed (within reason) if the customer isn't satisfied with their purchase.
