SHIPPING POLICY

What you order is what you receive. When you shop at Citrus N Berri Natural Care Shop, you can expect your products to come made fresh, packaged well and within a time frame that doesn't keep you waiting long to get what you paid for. Everything here is handmade fresh in small batches and shipped using (PRIORITY AIR) shipping to ensure that your products ordered arrive to you fresh. The Shipping schedules differ here, normally shipping happens (5-7 business days) after the order is placed but can extend up to (9 days max) if the order is large or items ordered are currently in restock or are backordered and waiting to be filled.

Shipping is only done twice a week - Wednesdays & Fridays Only, unless we are behind on getting orders out to our shoppers, which then gets shipped out on Monday (which is not a normal day of business, but the exception is made to ensure our shoppers wait isn't prolonged)

Please allow extra time for your order to be shipped if you shop during holidays, as (shipping happens on Wednesdays & Fridays only) and can take longer to arrive when the holiday season is present.

If you are an International shopper, then please be mindful of the time allowed to get your natural care products to you - International Orders can take up to 2 weeks to arrive

All products are sealed, labeled, packaged & branded with full ingredients listed - handmade directly in the Citrus N Berri Natural Care Shop located in Dayton, Ohio USA - NO BIG FACTORY PREP IS EVER GOING TO HAPPEN HERE, every order shipped here is done with love AND THATS HOW IT WILL ALWAYS BE!

RETURN POLICY

"A Commitment To Fresh"

Every product here is carefully formulated and infused with only fresh citrus fruits, organic berries, raw herbs and oils: filled with antioxidant rich nutrients and ethically sourced skin-loving benefits that safely cater, even to the most sensitive acne-prone skin types.

Because each product made here is ensured with "A Commitment To Fresh", returns are not accepted, the product once purchased is yours to keep.

Even if the product isn't opened there is no need to ship the product back, it is yours to keep, discard or gift to someone at your own discretion.

So, in the event that a product doesn't arrive to you fresh, arrives damaged or is delivered later than expected a promo code will be issued to you as a credit that will cover a full replacement of the original order as placed.

You will then need to provide and or validate the original proof of purchase with a receipt and or transaction number from where the purchase was originally made & a picture of how the order arrived if it is damaged with order package untouched and or proof of non-delivery of order not received from the shipping provider.

If you choose not to receive the promo code for a replacement order to be sent out and or provide a picture or visual proof of non-received or damaged order, you will have a period of only 14 days to claim your replacement order to which the replacement order will then become invalid and cannot be redeemed and cannot be applied to any future purchases either.

The idea that one skin type fits all isn't a myth that Citrus N Berri Natural Care Shop subscribes to, so if for any reason the product you receive causes any allergic reaction and or you develop a mild skin rash due to an ingredient being used that isn't accepted by your skin type, discontinue the use of the product and and do not make an attempt to purchase that product again. Certain berries, oils, herbs and even citrus fruits may be too strong or acidic for certain skin types and continued use after irritation becomes present can cause severe damage.

All ingredients used are printed on each label and posted in the product description section on the website to provide the shopper with proper knowledge of what each product contains. It is at the shopper's discretion to know their skin allergies if any are present prior to making a purchase of any product made here.

The shopper assumes full responsibility for their purchase, but Citrus N Berri Natural Care Shop will provide whatever help is needed (within reason) if the shopper isn't satisfied with their purchase.

Citrus N Berri Natural Care Shop uses "A Commitment To Fresh" in every product for every shopper no matter their age, sex, ethnicity or sexual preference because every shopper that shops at Citrus N Berri Natural Care Shop deserves to have access to products that are safe, healthy, natural and handmade from only the best that the earth offers!

Citrus N Berri Is Not Funded On Big Corporate Dollars, That Means Every Dollar Used To Give Life To This Shop Is Hard Earned Through Personal Funding From The Founder Herself Through Her Former Years Of Working Odd End Jobs And Saving From Working Tirelessly In Careers She Didn't Favor To Bring This Dream Forth

And That Required A Whole Lot Of Time, Patience And Saving Over And Over Again
